The archer’s blue eyes blinked at the Queen before him startled that she had said something he had longed to hear. “Regina, I don’t think, I know I’m falling for you.”
Robin’s eyes followed Regina as she turned from him and busied herself with a pen and paper, the man was automatically confused at her random action until he unfolded the page to reveal the most heartwarming sentence he would ever read. His blue eyes read those neat words over and over again before moving up to Regina’s captivating face, his eyes eliminated with pure joy and love. “I..” Robin said speechless before moving forward and pressing the sweetest of kisses to her lips. That was the only was he could possibly convey how much that piece of paper meant to him.
She stood there awaiting his response. What if he didn’t like the gesture…what if it wasn’t enough? What if he wanted to hear the words out loud from her lips? She found herself breathing slightly heavier her fingers messing with each other in fear that her note wouldn’t be accepted. As he advanced forward she found he was just as speechless and she a moment before, this made her relax a small amount and let a smile grace her features. Watching his movements and before she knew it he was in front of her letting his lips mold to hers. She melted some into his arms moving her hands onto his arms then letting one rest on the side of his face through their embrace.
