“Well..I do love the sound of that. A whole day to be with you, no interruptions, no meetings and nothing else but us.” The archer said while his fingers brushed gently at her skin creating gentle patterns against her arm. As he did Robin couldn’t help smile, nor did he want to suppress it. He was happy with Regina, she made him laugh and just being around her made Robin smile, there was no way he could hide this feeling. “My King?” Robin questioned with bright eyes cuddling closer to the Queen, to his Queen. “The King of Thieves… You know I like the sound of that."
"Well, you certainly got it, I am always just yours.” She repeated to him with a smile. His touch giving her goosebumbs very noticeable making her blush softly. Shifting closer there were no spaces between them it was skin to skin, all the wanted. She never wanted to be let go. Hearing him call himself the ’King of Thieves’ she shook her head smiling. “No…you’re no thief in my eyes…just my King.” She gave a breathy laugh. “Every Queen needs her King right?”
The archer’s blue eyes blinked at the Queen before him startled that she had said something he had longed to hear. “Regina, I don’t think, I know I’m falling for you.”
Robin gently smiled at Regina. “I can understand those words are a little hard to say but I’m so glad that I have it in writing, that way I can look at it everyday to remind myself how incredibly lucky I am to have you in my life Regina.” He concluded with a soft kiss to her forehead.
“I’m happy to have you in my life as well…” She softly spoke back to him, before kissing him back. She however couldn’t help but replay over and over her mothers words ’Love is WEAKNESS Regina’ She was right the first time….especially with Daniel and eventually Henry. They were her weakness, love truly was her weakness. She always had a deep down feeling that someday it would be her true demise.“Robin…will you always still love me?” She questioned her face now pressed to his chest as she rested it upon it as she hugged him lightly.
Regina twitched her upper lip upward as she turned to look at the man that stood in her office. She stood up her hands resting on the desk as she bent over it slightly to sneer at the man. “I’m sure you’ve seen things that hold better beauty.”
Robin wanted to reach out to Regina in order to show her that at least one person was on her side. That he could see what she was doing and that she was willing and was changing for good. “I’m not as innocent as one might believe Regina. I have made mistakes, risked lives and took some as well but you’re right we’re continuing to right our wrongs.” He said giving her a hopeful smile. “I promise things will get easier, especially now that you have someone on your side.”
She listened intently a smile on her features. “You are right…as long as you are willing, people will come along. I need to keep that in mind…it’s just hard at times…” She couldn’t stress it enough. ’You can’t always be strong through the storm…sometimes you just falter and break.‘ She wanted to say, but she held it back. Standing up she walked over to the front of her desk leaning against it. “You however…you have shown people you are more than your past. People see you and your son and they applaud you for how great of a figure you are for him…it is however to know that someone is on my side…it’s assuring”
Regina looked up after hearing familiar male voice that made her smile. “I can give you a few reasons why”
“How could I possibly say no to that and to you.” Robin smiled whispering back to her in a low and smooth tone before he gently sat up, the sheet that was draped around him dropped to just around his waist as he moved to follow Regina’s suggested morning activities.
Regina twitched her upper lip upward as she turned to look at the man that stood in her office. She stood up her hands resting on the desk as she bent over it slightly to sneer at the man. “I’m sure you’ve seen things that hold better beauty.”
Robin gently bowed his head. “No I’m sorry..” He gently interjected his saddened blue eyes slowly moving back to her. “They were my words that started this after all. I didn’t mean to upset you Regina.” Robin continued not moving from his place before her. “I only meant to compliment you not push you back down a painful memory lane. But you know I have also done terrible things that I deeply regret and no matter how hard I want to I can’t take them back. I’ve tried but I can’t. The only thing I can do is to never repeat what I’ve done…”
“You have nothing to apologize for.” She looked back to him after a moment having collected herself. “It is my own fault, silly grudges….against a child.” she scoffed at her own stupidity. “I will spend as long as it takes to make things right with Snow and I…” She said more as a confirmation to herself. “You, you…what you’ve done can be forgiven in a small amount of time…but as I said, I ruined lives….took away happily ever afters.” She shook her head at herself. “I just like yourself need to continue to right our wrongs.”
As Regina shifted closer Robin’s arms engulfed her in a tight embrace holding her to his form, the archer after last night just couldn’t bare to let her go. Regina had welcomed him into her life and her bed and he certainly didn’t want to leave. She created within him something he had thought he had lost forever the chance at love and happiness again. ”That’s something I would love to do.” Robin began as a smile washed over his face feeling her lips press over his heart. He returned to her a kiss to the crown of her head before he mumbled. “My Queen.” Truly content to just lay there with Regina and do nothing else.
Her body completely molded to his like two pieces of a perfect puzzle. She closed her eyes and let her finger lightly brush up and down his spine barely touching his skin. She couldn’t help but reply their night over and over in her head, every second was perfect. “For now….I just want to be here and no where else. My phone is completely shut off, my doors locked. My day is dedicated to you.” She whispered softly her voice tired. Hearing him call her his Queen, it made her nuzzle her face slightly. “My King” She shamelessly confessed.
[Text] So Regina I may or may not have found my way into your house via a broken window. I don’t know how it got broken or who did it but you should come home because you have an incredibly handsome archer standing in your living room.
