Today, I am burdened with an incredibly upsetting announcement. Last year, Tumblr was acquired by Yahoo!. Yahoo! attempted to make money from Tumblr, but failed. The cost of operating Tumblr vastly exceeds the income generated by the site.
Yahoo! has decided that as of April 14th, 2014, Tumblr will be shutting down.
I, however, will not let Tumblr be shut down without a fight. Let’s show Yahoo! that the users of Tumblr still have a little fight left in them.
The best way to help show Yahoo! that we want Tumblr to live is by spreading the word. Show them that Tumblr still cares. Show them that Tumblr is worth the money.
Leaning over the booth she got her order. She wanted to say something so snarky to the mayor but knew she had to keep her cool. “Well gossip is only gossip, not like any of it is even true in the first place.” Thr brunette said looking at her but feeling something she had never felt before. She could see that she was looking at her also. “Um, why are you staring at me like that? Please don’t use your magic on me, last thing I need is to be cursed in this realm along with our own.” She added
She watched as the girl took her order. Worlds were held back on her end, she could tell. She often got the same look when she wanted to say something but held it back. After hearing her words about cursing her she took a breath and collected her things. “You know what. Forget the order.” She stood up brushing past her to the front of the door, her hand on the doorknob she turned around and spoke to everyone who stared at her. “It’s because of people like you that I did the first curse to begin with.” She sneered. “You all want to say I’m the bad guy. I’ll give you one truly.’ She threatened before walking out standing in front of Granny’s. She made an empty threat but needed to make an impact on them. She promised her son no more magic…unless for good, and she meant it.
