Robin’s eyes adverted from Regina before flicking back after a silent minute. “I do believe you Regina but you can’t deny that things don’t look too good at the moment.”
Robin’s eyes dropped from her face to the floor, he didn’t know what to say and for a moment he was silent. ” I know better then what they do.” He told her as his eyes raised back to her face. “They’ll see the change in you Regina, they’ll have to.” The archer concluded before giving her a brief hopeful smile while his hand moved to gently touch her cheek, offering some sort of comfort as he felt his words had done nothing.
“Jᴜsᴛ ᴡʜᴀᴛ ɪғ ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴅᴏɴ·ᴛ﹖ I ᴡᴀɴᴛ ᴛʜᴇᴍ ᴛᴏ ᴋɴᴏᴡ ᴛʜᴀᴛ I ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴄʜᴀɴɢᴇᴅ ғᴏʀ ɢᴏᴏᴅ…ᴛʜᴀᴛ I ᴡᴀɴᴛ ᴛᴏ ʜᴇʟᴘ ᴛʜᴇᴍ ᴀʟʟ.” She kept her eyes on his a moment and took in a breath. “I ᴊᴜsᴛ ᴡᴀɴᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴋɴᴏᴡ ᴡʜᴀᴛ ɪᴛ ᴡɪʟʟ ᴛᴀᴋᴇ…ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴍᴏʀᴇ ᴅᴏ I ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴅᴏ.” She gave him a slight smile to let him know that he did calm her down quite a bit. “I·ᴍ ᴊᴜsᴛ ᴀᴛ ᴀ ʙʟᴀɴᴋ ʜᴇʀᴇ Rᴏʙɪɴ…”
“Can you be there with us? You know how I am around males” She whispered with a half harted chuckle. “you were always going to let father go one day, weren’t you?"
”Yᴏᴜ ᴋɴᴏᴡ I ᴡɪʟʟ ʙᴇ ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ ᴡɪᴛʜ ʏᴏᴜ﹐ ᴀɴʏᴛʜɪɴɢ ᴛᴏ ᴋᴇᴇᴘ ʏᴏᴜ ᴄᴏᴍғᴏʀᴛᴀʙʟᴇ“ Regina whispered back kissing her forehead. Hearing her daughters question broke her heart. Closing her eyes she felt a tear fall down her cheek. ”I ʜᴀᴅ ᴛᴏ ᴏɴᴇ ᴅᴀʏ…“

Initially Robin thought her words where simply empty or a question of his feelings but then he saw it, she needed that answer. The archer’s hand moved up to gently rub at her back. “Regina. I promise you that my heart is yours. I’m never going to stop loving you.” He vowed moving to cup her precious face to kiss her, sealing his promise with his own signature like a well written contract. “Regina, I love you, now and always.”
